This website is owned and operated by Uma Print Gallery.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under supervision of a guardian.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
We provide customized printing services including:
- Canvas Painting & Digital Canvas Frames
- Corporate T-Shirt Printing
- Cap Printing
- Promotional & Corporate Gifts Printing
- Photo Frames & Customized Print Products
All products are made as per customer specifications.
3. Customization Policy
- Customers must upload clear and high-resolution images/design files.
- We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution files provided by the customer.
- Color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing process.
- Once the design is approved and order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Full payment must be made before production begins.
- We accept online payment methods and other available payment options mentioned on the website.
5. Order Confirmation
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, or design issues.
- In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be processed.
6. Production & Delivery
- Production time depends on product type and quantity.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
7. Shipping Policy
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
- Risk of loss and damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Please check the product at the time of delivery.
8. Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are customized:
- No return or refund is applicable for customized products unless:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- Wrong product is delivered.
- Printing defect from our side.
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
9. Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they have the right to use uploaded images, logos, or designs.
- We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
- We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Uma Print Gallery shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages.
- Loss of business due to delayed delivery.
- Minor color or size variations.
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for order processing and communication.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except for delivery purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
